RENOVATIONS AND REFURBISHMENTS
JSP’s policy is that all our properties are finished to a high standard that is properly equipped and safe. We pride ourselves on carrying out all types of building work from structural alterations, extensions, and landscaping to upgrading internal living spaces.
RECENTÂ WORK - LONDON
The internal refurbishment carried out at Nr 3, 21 Cavendish Road was to modernise the 1 bedroom flat and maximise storage space for the tenants.

Dated carpets were replaced throughout the landing and bedroom areas. Bubbling laminate flooring in the kitchen living space was replaced with new engineered oak floor boards. Pebble dash in the bathroom was stripped out for tiled underfloor heating to be reinstated in lieu. New concealed cable runs were installed in the wall cavities to increase the number of power and data points in all rooms. All rooms were re-decorated and new ironmongery was installed to the doorsets.

A satellite dish was installed on the roof and discreetly chased into the flat for ‘Sky’ connectivity.

The kitchen benefited from a re-design to incorporate modern corner storage units, appliances, solid oak worktop and splash-back tiling.

The living space was re-orientated to provide a dedicated dining area with bespoke entertainment unit made to replace the redundant gas fire.
​
A centralised ‘Nest’ unit was installed in the living area and connected to the boiler following service.
RECENTÂ WORK - SURREY
Our largest refurbishment project to date is the complete refurbishment of 112 Ockham Ridge. The work was carried out over a 4-month period, prior to letting.
The works were undertaken by various contractors and managed by JSP and included:
Landscaping including retaining wall to level garden, a new patio, drainage upgrading and adaptions, repointing, new kitchen & bathroom, an extension of the entrance to provide a ground floor WC, hardwood floors, tiled floors, carpeted floors, purpose made joinery units, rewiring, re-plumbing, new pressurised HW system with gas boiler located in the roof, jet washed roof and re-decorate.
RECENTÂ WORK - HAMPSHIRE
Our first property, 75 Cudworth Mead, much needed the kitchen completely refitted
which included re-plumbing, rewiring with new, modern ceiling lights and with up-to-date
safety electrics and redecorating, along with the rest of the house. It has new cupboard
units giving more space, sparkle-effect finish enduring work surface, burgundy tiling and
window shelf. Also a new big fridge-freezer, oven hob, extractor and washing machine.
Along with the rest of the downstairs and the bathroom (which was also extensively
refitted) new Karndean flooring was put down.
